We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but recognize that there are occasions when you want to return an item.  This Returns Policy is designed to make the returns process simple for you.

Please take reasonable care of this item.  You should feel free to examine the item as you would in a shop. Do not use the item once you have decided to return it.

What to do if you change your mind and no longer want the purchase?

You can cancel this purchase at any point up to 7 working days after you have received the item.

To cancel this purchase, please contact us.  We will provide you with return address details.
If you have already received the item, you must return it intact and undamaged to the address we provide within 30 days from the date of the cancellation.  In some cases, we may arrange for the item to be collected from you.
We will issue a full refund for your purchase, including original postage costs.
You are responsible for return postage costs.
We will not charge any restocking fees or other administration fees
